Friday 11th November "Medical Emergencies in the Dental Surgery for the Sedated Patient" 8.00am-5.00pm. This course fulfils the requirement of the Dental Board of Australia to attend a re-accreditation seminar in conscious sedation for continued endorsement with the DBA. The course will be conducted at the Centre for Resuscitation Education and Simulation (CREST) at Westmead Hospital. Numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Following the course there will be Welcome drinks at 7.00pm at the Shangri-La Hotel,  Sydney. Saturday 12th November The Annual Scientific Meeting of ASDA will be conducted at Shangri-La Hotel from 8.30 am -5.00pm followed by the Annual Dinner.

The meeting promises to be a lively one with lectures and discussion on the regulations and controversies surrounding conscious sedation in the dental surgery.
